Exchange Policy
- •At Optigo Lifestyle, customer satisfaction is our priority. To ensure a smooth exchange process, please review the following policy:
Exchange Only
- •We do not offer refunds or returns for cash. We only offer product-for-product exchanges.
Exchange Period
- •Exchange requests must be made within 3 working days of receiving your order.
Exchange Value
- •The replacement product must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase.If you choose a higher-priced item, you will only need to pay the price difference. Exchanges for items of lower value are not permitted.
Product Condition
- •The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice.
Return Video
- •To process an exchange, please record a clear video while packing and returning the product. This helps verify the item's condition and ensures a smooth exchange process.Claims for damaged or incorrect items may not be accepted without a proper video.
Eligible Products
- •Exchanges are only available for sunglasses, optical frames, and watches. Prescription eyewear, prescription sunglasses, customized lenses, and any personalized products are not eligible for exchange.
Inspection
- •All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the product does not meet the above conditions, the exchange request may be declined.
